Licensing Agreement for Digital Art Print Sales on Digital Arts Blog

This agreement sets the terms for artists submitting their digital artwork for sale through Digital Arts Blog's (DAB) curated art print collection.

By submitting your artwork, you agree to the following terms:

1. Licensing Rights
   You grant DAB a non-exclusive license to reproduce, display, and sell your artwork as physical prints, postcards, or other related products, as outlined in our offerings. This license is for the purpose of promotion, sale, and distribution through our platform only.

2. Artist Compensation
   DAB will handle all sales transactions, including pricing, printing, and fulfillment. As the artist, you will receive 20% of the selling price for each sale of your artwork.

3. Ownership
   You retain full ownership of your artwork. This agreement does not transfer copyright, and you are free to sell or license your artwork elsewhere.

4. Artwork Usage
   Your artwork may be used in marketing and promotional materials by DAB (online, social media, email campaigns, etc.), but any such use will credit you as the artist.

5. Submission Review
   Submissions are subject to review for quality and suitability for the curated collection. DAB reserves the right to reject any artwork that does not meet our criteria.

6. Termination
   Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, DAB will cease using your artwork for sales and marketing purposes.

By submitting your artwork to DAB, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
