Lily Essilfie is a poet, writer, and alumna of Howard University. She is a second-generation Ghanaian immigrant from New York. Despite her Bachelor’s in criminology, she has always possessed a deep love for literature-related pursuits. She is currently a contributor for The 20-Something Files, a platform dedicated to capturing the twenty-something experience. Lily hopes to one day publish a book of her poems and work somewhere in media.
